About Us

Premier PRE was established in 2010, when Karen bought her first PRE’s from Francisco Santiago Ruiz in Spain. Since then she has had much success with her stallions competing at top level dressage in the UK, Ireland, Spain, France, Belgium and Italy. The two main stallions, Deseado CCV and Resuelto XX are now both training towards Grand Prix. Premier PRE Dressage specialise in breeding and producing top quality Spanish (PRE) horses specifically for dressage and showing. We are located in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of North Oxfordshire set in the Cotswolds.

Horses in Training

We specialise in producing Iberian horses and we are lucky enough to stable four of the UK’s top PRE competition horses; ranging from Novice level up to Grand Prix. We always have a selection of horses in training and competition, from freshly backed youngsters to International level Dressage, including PREs, Warmbloods, PSLs and Thoroughbreds.

Horses For Sale

We have a select number of our own PRE’s available for sale, our exceptional homebred PRE youngsters sired by our International multi-champion stallions; Deseado CCV and Resuelto XX. All Youngstock are registered with BAPSH and ANCCE (the Spanish studbook) with microchip and passports.

Therapy and Rehabilitation Centre Livery

Our Therapy and Rehabilitation Centre offers the ultimate in box-rest facilities with spacious stables and adjacent post and rail corrals. Most stables have the benefit of double aspect views which helps the horse to relax and de-stress whilst recovering from their injury. It is a known fact that horses recover more quickly when they are away from their working environment and allowed to heal mentally and physically with contact of other horses.

We can provide your horse with an individual Therapy and Rehabilitation programme depending on their injuries and their needs. We specialise in complementary therapies and use conventional medicine alongside when required.

Therapy

Our International dressage rider provides a sympathetic approach to training and combines her experience in producing and competing, from Young Horse to Advanced levels.

Facilties

We offer state-of-the-art facilities with a qualified, skilled and caring team providing excellent service to the owner and the highest level of care to the individual needs of each horse in stress-free surroundings.

Livery Costs

All livery and training packages include spacious double aspect stabling, adlib steamed hay, 2 feeds per day, quality dust-free shavings as bedding and daily grooming.
